Die Duftkomposition von Fougère Royale beginnt mit einem lebendigen, spritzigen Cocktail aus Bergamotte, Lavendel und mediterranen Kräutern.
In der Herznote offenbart sich ein blumig-würziger Akkord durch Noten von Geranien und warmen Gewürzen. Ein blumiges Intermezzo präsentiert seltene Rosenessenzen und Absolute, gewürzt mit Pfeffer, Zimt und Nelke.
Im Abschluss runden erdige und holzige Noten in perfekter Harmonie den Duft ab, in dem sich Noten aus Moos mit sinnlichem Patchouli verbinden. Warme Noten von Kumarin, Tonkabohnen und Salbei bereichern die Basisnote zusätzlich.
